At the Water Shed, we understand that Tank Level monitoring and control based should be easy. We offer straightforward solutions for control of pumps or actuated valves to keep tanks full or to keep tanks pumped down. We can also provide monitors that will send an email alert based on a low level condition. We don't like to use floating level switches that can be difficult to adjust and unreliable. And we are not big fans of ultrasonic type sensors that seem too finicky to give a reliable signal in tanks with moving water. We use stainless steel submersible sensors that are simple and reliable. Let us know the voltage and phase of what you need to control.
Client Installation of level control energizing a solenoid valve to keep a 100 gallon tank full. Simple settings adjustment allow a precise deadband to prevent the valve from opening and closing too quickly.
PRESSURE SWITCHES
A reliable pressure switch control does not have to be difficult. Spring based pressure switches work OK for some applications. However when there are precise requirements, adjusting the deadband with the secondary spring can be frustrating. The result can be a pump that restarts too frequently, creating pump motor overheating or leaking mechanical seals. At the Water Shed we offer digital pressure sensor based options that will allow easy precise settings for pump stop and pump start pressure.
Pressure Switches are provided with Hand - Off - Auto operators which makes testing and priming much easier.
